Refund policy

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or used. Items must be returned with seal intact. Items must return within 7 days of receiving the item. Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, Lash Halo are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.
Prior to making any returns. You must first contact info@lashhalo.co.uk for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.
Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
